I actually have had this floss in since November 2008 - I've been busy trying to photograph it to show you just how beautiful the colors, and the natural luster of the thread actually appears. As I'm sure you know, scanning silks removes all hint of their beautiful shine - and this thread is so gorgeous I really wanted you to see it more as it naturally appears! I'm not an expert photographer - and some photos may not be perfectly clear, but I think this method of displaying them will make it so much easier for you to see how beautiful they really are.
Another new thing I've done in displaying these, is to group different colors together that shade nicely. I think this is especially important with Solid Floss - so you can get an idea of other colors that will work well with it. I've separated them into groups, and every color has it's own number. Be sure to check the number of the color you want when ordering, as each number will show up within the shaded color group in the photos. The Soie number and color description are just below the example in each photo.
To make hunting for colors easier, they are displayed in a kind of "spectrum" style above:
Red/Purples - Rose/Mauves - Pink to Fuchsia - Red and Coral - Yellows - Greens - Teals - Blues - Blue/Purples - Browns - White - and Grey to Black.
