Virginia Olsen's Upper Center
I love all the detail in this quilt! Virginia added lots of neat embroidered motifs, plus a Silk ribbon collage with her button fairy. Check out the fan motifs. I'm not sure how those are accomplished, but they are quite beautfiul.
