I've been having some technical problems at my website since about the first of Feb. The CityMax people notified me that they were going to "update" some things - that always makes me nervous!
Anyway, several of you have emailed and said you could not get an order through on the site. I have just sent them my second "help ticket" since they don't have a telephone service representative, to see if they are fixing the problem.
In the meantime, if you have ANY problems at the website, or you would like to place an order, just give me a call or email me with the information and I can put it though for you outside dealing with the website. Apparently there is nothing wrong with my PayPal Merchant account.
I just got off the phone with PayPal, and they informed me that this is a problem with CityMax, not with my account or any of yours.
