I wanted to get out a quick note to everyone on the mailing list, at least to let you know what's going on with me, and consequently, ESD.
We have a serious illness in the family, in fact, a terminal illness. Steve's father, (87) has been an invalid for a long time, and we've just heard the bad news. He is getting very weak and we're trying very hard to visit with him and help Steve's (DH's) Mom as much as we can.
I've been out for the last week or so, and so I apologize sincerely if I haven't been able to get back to you by email, or call - I haven't had a computer, nor a car to get to the local library!
I'm at home right now, trying to catch up on some orders and to get out the April Treasures Club! I'm hoping to get it mailed out within the next day or so, because I need to leave again. This time I will have a car, and hopefully the use of my DH's laptop - at least some of the time - but won't have access to my own files, etc.
I'll be going back and forth, so please keep the orders coming! Just please realize that they will take me a bit longer than usual to get out. They WILL get out, though!
It's about four hours away, so I wind up staying a while once I go.
Everyone is not on the mailing list, so I hope you all will get the word out to those who might be wondering what's up with me!
In the meantime, I have some new things to add to the website, though they're not up yet! Keep checking in to see what's new.
I hope those of you who haven't will plan to sign up for our Treasures Club! This month's package will actually have a few instructions with it as well as materials!
Also, I'd like to remind everyone about our "What was I Thinking?" Swap and Challenge. You have until April 15th to sign up, and I was hoping for a larger turn out than we've had so far. Remember, once we "swap" goodies, there is no time line for working on a project - you can send pictures whenever you get around to it - we'd all just like to see what your creative self has come up with! The Swap is free, and there is no big deadlines or demands - just trying to have some fun with our "what was I thinking" odds and ends!
Please email me to sign up for the Treasures Club, place an order or sign up for the Swap! Since I'll be away from the phone that will be the surest way to reach me for a while.
My children have also been helping with filling orders, etc. If I have to be gone they can certainly package orders you put through on the website easily.
I'd like to thank all of you for your support, patience and understanding during this time. I will do my best to keep up with everything, I just may be a little slow.
