The pattern itself is ten full pages of diagrams and instructions - easy to make, and lots of fun! You can assembly-line piece a bunch of these, then spend some free time this holiday decorating them - they turn out beautifully!
Great News! We've put in a new shopping cart! This one is much easier to use than the one PayPal recently "updated." Your payments, however, will still go through PayPal if you put your order all the way through the site.
At a certain point in the process of checking out, the new shopping cart gives you the option of emailing the order to us, instead. If you don't want to go through PayPal - and I wish you wouldn't, myself) you can email the order to us, then call us on our toll free number: 877-889-7012 and let us know what credit card you'd like to use for the order. I never suggest people put their credit card numbers through email, though some do - usually by splitting it up among two or more emails.
We already have a new Merchant account through another bank, which is very secure, and are already using it! It will save money and aggravation for everyone.
This shoppping cart is so much easier to use! And you won't have PayPal endlessly confusing you while they solicit you to open a PayPal account with them. When we get the new website up, we will be going to a Linkpoint shopping cart - that will not involve PayPal at all. I can hardly wait! Unfortunately, the citymax site will not allow me to put a shopping cart on their site that is incompatible with PayPal - so in the meantime, before I get the new site up and running, this is the best I can do to try to "uncomplicate" the ordering and checkout process on the website. I hope you'll stop by and check it out!
New website! Well, I've had so much to do to get ready for The December Treasures Package - which will be mailed to most of you tomorrow, on the 16th (it's gorgeous!) and putting up the Christmas page, that I haven't had time to get things set up on the new site yet. That is my next priority! I hope it will be a great new site that you will all enjoy. Remember, it's still under construction, and I'll let you know when it's ready, but for the future, the new website address will be: www.eveningstardesigns.net
Now, the REALLY Terrific NEWS! I've got my Flower Fairies contract in hand, and I hope that by next week we will be offering the new Flower Fairies silkies! Wow! that took such a long time! If any of you have favorites, please let me know! The next step in the process for me is to choose from among over 100 pictures to pick out 24 to make available as Silkies! It will be hard, I'm sure they're all beautiful, but that's the kind of work I'll be glad to do!
I'd really like to thank all of you for making this year great at Evening Star Designs. While we've had our setbacks, mostly of a family nature, that have interfered with our service, we're hoping, as I'm sure most of you are, that 2008 will be a happier and more prosperous year for us all!
