I have been very reluctant to write this, but feel that I must in order to inform as many of our customers as I can about our current situation.
Thanks to all of you, we have been growing, and getting busier every day. Thank you!
At this time I must ask all of you for your special patience.
We are woefully behind in getting out our orders and answering calls and emails. This is mostly due to matters beyond our control, including illnesses in the family.
In an effort to try to catch up as quickly as possible, we will not be answering phone calls for a while. I hope to be answering the phones again by Monday, April 14, 2008.
In the meantime, we will be doing our best to get our orders out, to answer your emails and questions, to return calls to those who have left messages, register Newbies, and so forth.
Our "March" Treasures Club package will be going out this month soon, though perhaps we will have to skip one to catch up!
During this time, please continue to order through the website, email us, and even leave phone messages if you wish. We will be working very hard to catch up. Sarah and I have missed many workdays between us, and it will take some time to get things running smoothly again.
My sincerest apologies for not being able to get your packages out to you more quickly at this time. Our new shopping cart system has made it possible for us to charge for orders only when they are ready to go out. This is a great relief to us, as things have slowed down. Our first obligations are to our customers, and I prefer not to charge anyone until their orders are ready to ship.
I know for myself that it is very difficult to wait for an order once you've decided to place it! The anticipation of receiving an order makes it very hard to wait! I'm hoping that as soon as we catch up, this process will be much improved.
