I thought it might be useful to include some information about the many ways you can order from Evening Star Designs. I've tried to make it as easy as possible for you!
1. Through the website: Our website includes a convenient shopping cart system. When you spot an item you're interested in, click on it to open another screen with further information about the product. On this screen on the right-hand side is a box. If you wish to order the item, click on the box that says "Add to Shopping Cart."
This is not set in stone, you can always go back and change your order anytime. You can buy one or more of any item (as long as we have them in stock) by putting the number in the quantity box.
Anytime you wish, you can click on any item and the box on the right will appear. If you'd like to view your shopping cart list, or change it, simply click on the button that says "View Shopping Cart."
When you're sure you've got your order right, you can click on the button that says "Checkout."
The Checkout process will walk you through the process, showing boxes you need to fill out that include your name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, the shipping amount, etc. Once you've filled it all in and are ready to pay you'll see a box at the bottom of the page that says: Pay Via PayPal. Click on that button.
There are two ways to pay for an order online:
**Through your PayPal Account. After you've clicked on the "Pay Via PayPal" button, you'll see two boxes on the page. If you have a PayPal account and wish to use it, simply click on that button and follow the instructions; or
**Through your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, PayPal card or e-check. The second box will say "Don't have a PayPal account?", then below it will show credit cards and says: "Use your credit card or bank account (where available)." Click here and the Check-out process will allow you to continue your purchase securely online using your credit card or by sending an e-check from your bank. Just follow the instructions - You don't have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase!
2. You can order by telephone. Call me on my toll-free number: 877-889-7012, and I'll take your order over the phone. Please have your credit card in hand when you call. I'm usually here during business hours EST. Since I work from home, however, I may miss your call. I don't have a separate phone for ESD so you might be answered by a friendly hello from someone in my family - or me! If I'm out, please leave a message on my answering machine, and I'll call you back as soon as I can!
3. Send an email with your order. I will need to get the Credit Card information someway, however. You can put it in the email, or do like some of my customers and split it up between a couple of emails - that works fairly well. Or, you can call me with the Credit card information. 4. Send your order through the mail! It will take a little longer, but you can write your order down, and send it with either your credit card information, a check, or a money order.

Shipping rates:
Alas, I try very hard to keep our shipping rates low, but the post office has just made a major leap in its prices! I've had to change our lowest minimum shipping amount accordingly. However, at $3.50 it is still an excellent deal! I've added the shipping amounts below:
Orders totaling from $0.00 to$40.00 - add $3.50 for Shipping
Orders totaling between $40.01 and $80.00 - add $5.50 for Shipping
Orders totaling between $80.01 and $100.00 - add $7.50 for Shipping
Orders over $100.00 - add $10.00 for Shipping
Please note: We now have several large items that will require extra shipping: Some Books, for example and the Light Tracer. Check the information on these items to see what the extra postage will be!
